BRANDING (SIGNATURE)

ADD-ONS
• Extra shooting hour: $200.
• Extra Retouched Edit: $65 / Image.

• All unedited photos in your gallery in JPEG format: $500.
• Studio fees usually range anywhere between $100/hr - $300/hr, depending on the studio.
• HMUA: ~$450 (~3 hours)
• Unlimited Commercial use license: +30% of session.
• BTS Reel (15 - 30 sec): $500.
• Travel beyond South OC (Irvine - San Clemente) : $0.70/mi + $150/hr drive time.

How do I book a photoshoot with you?
Booking a photoshoot is easy. Simply reach out to me by email or through my BOOKING PAGE form and let me know what type of shoot you are interested in. I'll guide you through the process, discuss your requirements, and find a convenient data and time for your session.
A 50% SESSION RETAINER IS REQUIRED TO BOOK AND HOLD YOUR SESSION'S DESIRED DATE AND TIME. You can do it via VENMO (@luismcara) or Zelle (luiscara@msn.com). This retainer is non-refundable if you cancel the shoot less than 48 hours before the day of the shoot. Studio cancellation policies may vary (usually non-refundable if you cancel 3 days before the shoot).
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
I understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. A couple days after our shoot day I will generate your online proofing gallery where you will be able to select your edits. My editing process typically takes 1-3 weeks after receiving your selection, depending on your package, the volume of images, and the complexity of editing required. I prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.
Do you have Rushed Delivery?
Yes I do at an additional cost per image. Let’s talk about your requirements for a quote.
Can I choose the location for our photo shoot?
Absolutely! I believe that the location plays a significant role in capturing unique and personalized photos. Whether it's at your home, your business, a studio, a scenic outdoor location, or a venue of your choice, I am open to capturing your portraits in a place that holds meaning to you.
Note: Commuting over 50 miles from San Juan Capistrano, CA will have an additional cost.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. I want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and I am flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.
Is Hair and makeup included?
No, it is not. But I can help you find talented Hair and Makeup Artists if interested.
Should I have my hair and makeup done before the shoot time?
Ideally yes, if you prefer to have hair and makeup done at the time of the shoot this will count against the hours hired in your package.
How many outfits can I bring?
I typically do 2 outfits per hour.
Do you offer prints?
When I deliver the photos to you, you will see the Print Store option available to you in your private gallery. Here you will be able to select from a wide variety of sizes, papers, frames, mounts, you name it. The quality is fantastic!
Do you provide RAW files?
RAW files are not included but can be provided at an additional cost.
I don’t have VENMO, what other payment options do you offer?
I can take Zelle, PayPal, or Apple Cash if that’s easier for you.
